We all know the real reason that Britney Spears lost her kids is because she is just not a good mother and has too many issues to deal with to be able to take care of babies. But if you want to know the legal reason things went south for her yesterday, here you go. Britney’s attorney says she was accused of not taking a random drug test and she couldn’t provide a valid California driver’s license.

“We weren’t able to prove compliance with what the judge ordered.” “Specifically,” Trope says, “the judge ordered that by 10 a.m. (Monday) morning, both parties show valid California driving licenses. I’ve been unable to produce evidence of that.”

So in her fashion of doing everything ass-backwards, she let the court take her kids THEN applied for a driver’s license in Van Nuys later Monday afternoon. Brilliant!

Just to be fair, there is no evidence that Britney failed or would fail a drug test, but the court feels her decision to not take is proof enough.
