Britney Spears stops at a local gas station in Malibu with her new man in tow this week. (Keep reading to find out who he REALLY is and where you’ve seen him before) He was waiting in the car when this photo of Britney with her new almost dreadlocks when this picture was snapped. The two were spotted later on that day drinking and smoking cigarettes at the Four Seasons in L.A.

And before you email and ask us, we do not know for sure if she meant for her hair to look like dreads or if she just isnt’ taking care of herself as usual.
