Kevin Federline has refused to sign papers finalizing his divorce to Britney Spears due to her crazy ass behavior. The original agreement has the pair sharing custody of their two boys but Kevin’s camp has advised him to hold off and make sure he has recourse and can limit her time with the kids in case she wigs out again.

Just in the past few weeks Britney took the kids off to Hawaii without permission, dyed her extensions herself and then served her own mother with a restraining order. Looks like another trip to a barber shop may be just around the corner.
