David Caruso’s ego and libido are out of control. Just days after his people announced he is going to be welcoming a new baby with his long time girlfriend later this year, he is spotted canoodling with Eva La Rue again.

Guests reported spotted the cheating couple at the Mondrian Hotel around midnight. David and Eva were seen getting off an elevator laughing and holding hands. Sources said that he was friendly and charming as he guided Eva away with one arm firmly wrapped around her.
